Dear Doctor,

Here is  an opportunity that may be appropriate for you. We have an established clinic located in the city of San Bernardino and are looking for one doctor of chiropractic to also practice in our facility on a monthly rental basis.

The office/clinic in which we have our practice is a 3500+ square foot, free-standing building, with highly visible signage, located in the central city area of San Bernardino on D Street, which is a major north to south traffic and bus arterial. It is a few blocks from the Fifth St. or Baseline exits on the 215 freeway.

Your patients will be pleased with our clinic’s amenities and professional atmosphere. There is a pleasant waiting room/lobby with adjacent covered patio/entryway. Your patients will be comfortable in one of our 6 private treatment rooms each equipped with an electric hydraulic adjusting table, hydrocollator, electrical muscle stimulator and ultrasound units. Additionally there are three dedicated intersegmental traction rooms, a cervical traction booth and three distinct consultation/examination rooms. Your personal private office/consultation room with desk and X-R illumination box, is included, and will further bolster your professional image. On-site X-R with cold water processor and horizontal/ wall Bucky system makes it convenient and cost effective to obtain imaging.  Other amenities include two hydrotherapy rooms, staff/doctor lounge, three lavatories and washer/dryer for patient gowns and towels. There are parking spaces for more than 25 cars.

We are interested in developing a relationship with an individual who has already established, or is in the process of establishing, their own patient base. It is not our intention to provide you with patients. However, we will provide a professional atmosphere and clinical setting of which you can be proud to be a part of, and in which you can practice, grow and prosper.

If you may be interested and would like to see our facility, or find out more details about this arrangement, please call 909 884 1277.
